Measured Areas
The area tables compare the areas Plans calculated from your scans against the registered areas for the building, and set which value goes into the export.
How to access
Section titled “How to access”- Open the project and choose Energy label in the picker at the top of the task navigation
- Open the Areas group
- Select Confirm that measured areas are correct and aligned with BBR
Compare areas
Section titled “Compare areas”Columns:
- Type: the area being compared
- Floor area: the value calculated from your scans
- BBR area: the registered value
- Difference: the difference between the two
Exported areas
Section titled “Exported areas”Choose the source for each area included in the export. A checkbox beside each figure selects that value as the source, and the Custom column takes a value typed by hand.
Rows under Measured Areas:
- Total heated floor area
- Of which heated attic floor area
- Of which heated basement floor area
- Unheated basement area
Update total heated floor area in technical installations carries the selected figure into the technical installations.
Banners
Section titled “Banners”- All exported areas must have a source.
- All areas with source Custom must have m² specified.
- All exported areas must have a source, and areas with source Custom must have m² specified.
While a source is missing, Mark complete is disabled and the task shows Choose a source for every area before marking as done.
Heating type per room
Section titled “Heating type per room”The Room heating task determines whether a room counts towards the heated or the unheated area. Its screen reads Specify how each room is heated.
Options:
- Unheated
- Radiators
- Floor heating
- Radiators and floor heating
Each story header counts the rooms still set to Not answered.
