Heat Pump Systems

Configure heat pump systems in the Heating category of the Technical Installations task.

Accessing heat pump configuration

Section titled “Accessing heat pump configuration”
  1. Open project editing view
  2. Open the Technical Installations group and select Confirm that technical installations are correct
  3. Navigate to Heating category
  4. Locate Heat Pump section
  5. Click to expand or add new heat pump

Configuration fields

  1. Fill required fields
  2. Click Save button
  3. Configuration applies to project

Decimal Fields:

Numeric Fields:

  • Enter numbers only
  • Check field label for units (kW, W, °C, m³/h)

Troubleshooting

Section titled “Troubleshooting”

Can’t save configuration

  • Check required fields are filled
  • Verify numeric fields have valid numbers

Fields not appearing

  • Check Type dropdown selection
  • Utility Water shows Hot Water fields only
  • Room Heating shows Room Heating fields only
  • Combined/Duo shows both sections

Other Source Temperatures not showing

  • Set Cold Medium to “Other Source”
  • Monthly temperature fields will appear below

Configuration not saving

  • Check internet connection
  • Verify you have edit permissions
  • Try saving again
