Proposals

A proposal is a stored construction assembly — its layers, thicknesses and thermal properties — assigned to every building element that shares a material.

  1. Open the project and choose Energy label in the picker at the top of the task navigation
  2. Open the Proposals group
  3. Select Review proposals

Material groups are listed under Elements and Windows and Doors. A group with nothing available shows No proposals available.

Each proposal card carries:

  • Name
  • Description, editable in place, with the placeholder Add description...
  • Badges for thermal performance, price and lifetime
  • View layers

Select a card to assign it to every building element in that material group. Until one is assigned the group reads No proposal selected.

Removing the assignment returns those elements to their material properties.

  • U*: U-value after the retrofit
  • ΔU*: the change against the current state
  • ✓ BR18 or ✗ BR18
  • Fixed price and Price per m²
  • Lifetime, in yrs

The footnote below the badges reads * includes U-value surcharge

View layers opens Proposal layers, listing each layer from outside to inside with columns Layer, Thickness (cm), Property and Value. It ends with Total thickness and resistance. A proposal without layers shows No layers available.

Layers are classified as Structure, Insulation, Retrofit insulation, Membrane, Air cavity, Drainage, Finish, Surface resistance, Inhomogeneous construction, Inhomogeneous cavity, Inhomogeneous insulation or Other.

Proposal details shows Calculated theoretical U-value and Rounded U-value [W/m²K], and a Corrections table with columns Description and U [W/m²K], ending in Total corrections.
